My name is Daisy Garcia, a Latina raised in San Diego. While this a portfolio of all my professional work,  I also enjoy drawing, sewing, scrapbooking, and playing instruments. Being someone within a creative field I end up wanting to express myself in more ways than one and that often leads to mixing mediums to create new artwork.

I love the efficiency and creativity artists can bring and I wish to do the same. Growing up I was a self taught painter and had the opportunity to learn about graphic design in my last year of high school. Using my background as a traditional artist, I include aspects of it into my design work and will continue to do so. I intend to work with individuals who love to collaborate and are open to share their most creative self with each other. Working with artists from different backgrounds makes our goals that more effective.

Over time and seeing the different perspectives on one concept, I always tend to want others to contribute their most honest opinion. Creating the best outcome is applying the critiques and opinions of those around them. The work in my portfolio varies in collaboration but I kept my personality in all my work.
